Experts in innovative mixing equipment designed to resolve mixing, blending, dispersing and homogenizing challenges. Proven mixing technologies are combined with a scale-up guarantee and real application and ingredient expertise.
The range includes batch and inline mixers, emulsifiers and dispersers, wet mills, powder induction and dispersion systems, agitators and static mixers, all built to the highest quality standards. Our solutions are designed to dramatically improve productivity, lower operating costs, improve end-product quality and consistency, and keep operators safe.
Manufacturers we represent

Admix
Admix builds sanitary and industrial mixing equipment and keeps testing it against real customer formulas. Its range covers in-tank, in-line and powder induction systems, from bench-top lab units to production-scale machines.

G&F Manufacturing
G&F Manufacturing stands on quality and integrity. Its tanks, kettles and vessels are made in the U.S.A., with more than 67 years of design and fabrication experience behind them.

Zeta
ZETA magnetic mixers grow out of many years of sterile design and process engineering know-how, which makes them a natural fit for efficient, powerful mixing in aseptic processes.
How we match a mixer to your product
Every mixing job starts with the ingredients. A thin syrup and a thick paste need very different energy input, and a powder that floats or clumps needs a way to be pulled below the liquid surface before it can be dispersed. Before we recommend a machine we ask about viscosity range, solids loading, batch size, temperature limits and how the product is cleaned afterwards.
High shear mixers create a zone of intense turbulence that breaks droplets and agglomerates apart, which is what you want for emulsions, suspensions and fast hydration of gums and starches. Low shear and sweep-style agitators move large volumes gently and suit delicate products, heat transfer and gentle blending. Inline mixers do the same work in the pipe, which shortens batch time and gives a very repeatable result from the first liter to the last.
Scale-up is where many projects go wrong. A bench-top trial on a lab unit only helps if the same mixing mechanism is available at production size, which is why a scale-up guarantee matters. We arrange trials with the manufacturer so you can see your own formula processed before a purchase decision is made.
